Fraud & Integrity
A good reputation and integrity are increasingly seen as extremely important factors for companies. Damage risks and risks to the image of directors and/or organisations have significantly increased.
Gaining an insight into and managing risks deserves continuous attention. Managing risks, however, requires expertise. Since 1987, we have been conducting investigations into fraud and breaches of integrity and providing advice and guidance to our clients with regard to issues in risk areas.
If there is a suspicion of fraud, we can conduct an investigation for you. Investigative tasks may include: interviewing people; analysing information; examining computer files; observing individuals.
Integrity is not something we should take for granted. You expect your employees to have integrity or, in other words, ‘that they can be trusted'. Integrity is all about behaviour.
Behaviour can be influenced. Even though there are structural and technical security measures that can be taken, the person remains the weakest link. Our many years of practical experience have led to us developing the so-called Circle of Integrity, which distinguishes between Prevention, Detection, Investigation and Response.
We also conduct Pre-employment screening for our clients as part of their integrity policy.
