Pre-Employment screening

When conducting screening, the depth of the process is divided into three levels:

Level 1:

Checking accuracy of CV, personal details and basic desk research;

Level 2:

Checking accuracy of CV, personal details, basic desk research, integrity interview (with financial investigation, if required);

Level 3:
|
Checking accuracy of CV, personal details, basic desk research, integrity interview and reference check (preferably in person).
|
|
Integrity test:
|
An online test that can be carried out as an ‘extra’ or ‘separate’ component.

The combination of the commissioning party/candidate’s ‘own’ information and the results of our research from a range of sources/databases creates a complete picture about the person involved. Specific, tailor-made research can also be included.
